- Company Secretary: Each and every company must appoint a qualified company secretary within 6 months of the Singapore business incorporation. The company secretary must be a natural resident of Singapore, permanent resident or someone holding valid Employment Pass, EntrePass or a Dependant Pass.
- Registered Office: You must provide a valid registered physical address of your Singapore Company in order to setup a Singapore company.

Business Formation – Post-Registration Process
Upon successful registration of your Singapore Company, ACRA – the company registrar will send an official e-mail stating that your company has been registered successfully. The email notification includes your company registration number. The email is your official certificate of registration and incorporation of your Singapore Company. The hard copy of certificate is not necessary in Singapore.
In case you need a hard copy of the certificate, an online request has to be made to ACRA, which will charge a nominal fee of S$50 and provide you the certificate the next day at its corporate office.
